The Commons Hub Brussels is a unique location centrally located in our capital, 50m from the exit of Brussels Central Station. The Commons Hub is in itself a “systemic” experiment where you can taste new ways of collaboration.
What? This is a day where you can experience connection and healing in an intimate way. 3 participants take turns dealing with a personal issue in “a constellation”. The other participants are available as “representants” or spectators. After a connecting circle, in which a safe setting and the right conditions are created, you as questioner (“constellator”) enter into a conversation with the facilitator. You start looking at the interconnectedness of your issue with your family system (or the constellation of your organisation). To do this, you line up participants (physically in the room) who you have asked to represent important people or elements in the relevant system. A representative, you doesn't have to do anything but experience and sincerely express his/her sensations, when asked, As a 'constellator', you gain liberating insights and experiences: both with the head and the heart. Thanks to conscious interventions and shifts in the constellation of the system, you find ways and tools to move more freely and lovingly in the “problematic” situations, relationships and systems in which you were searching. Afterwards, you notice changes, very subtle and gradual but sometimes also quick and surprising. If you participate as a spectator or representative, you will usually recognise your own themes in the constellations. New insights and experiences make the work of the “constellator” healing and enriching for you as well. But you are also welcome, simply to enjoy the intimacy, the liberating emotions, the sensitivity, the humour and the love and connectedness of all that lives, which become tangible on such a day, or as a participant recently mentioned: "a day like this goes very deep and is sometimes really fun !"
